I cherished her until she slept with John, then it went straight to loathing her.  She was continuously trying to start crap with me because I pulled her covers and gave the police her license number. I spotted head lights off the mountainside. As she turned the corner I pulled the trigger.

She was a beautiful person. I cherished her until she hurt me, then it went straight to loathing her. She was continuously trying to start crap with me just because I pulled her covers and gave the police her car license number.

I'm sorry but I drive and I have family that drives on these streets I don't want them to be hurt or killed by some drunk who can't stay home while drinking.  I can guarantee you that if I was driving I'd get pulled over for drunk driving, I'd go to jail and my wife would most likely divorce me.

When I turned twenty one years old I drank for the first time.  I hated the taste of beer, whiskey was too hot and wine was to sweet, they all make me nauseas. Therefore I don't drink.

Please leave a comment with your first 50 words on
the topic “sorry, Charlie”

Charlie started down the boat ramp a little to fast, splashing into the bay. I began to get into the boat when I noticed water. Yes, Charlie forgot to put the drain plugs in the bottom of the boat. I looked at Charlie and he looked at me and then I said "sorry Charlie."

The Patio

        Three word Wednesday
          the three words are
Background - Ease - Omission

Carla, eased backward slightly, away from Johnny's reach.  She didn't like the standing room only on the patio, nor did she like the gun against her stomach, and was wondering why she was being held hostage. Johnny thought he had seen her get out of the taxi in front of the house. The dark shadow he saw was her boyfriend. The omission of being sure of who it was had caused this problem, and now Johnny was really pissed off, he was simply looking for someone to shoot.

Saturday Memories

We had been fishing most of the day it was getting late so we decided it was time to head back to camp. Once we got to camp Greg, went to get some groceries for dinner and breakfast. After he came back to camp we had dinner, then we sat around the fire chatting about the fish we had caught and where we would fish the next day.

There were several different lakes that were pretty close to our campsite. About nine o clock I decided to pull out the hot dogs and roast a few of them along with some marshmallows. Brenda my Sister was tired so she climbed into the truck and went to sleep. Soon afterward Greg, Robert, and I laid our sleeping bags out on the ground next to the fire getting ready to turn in for the night.

After we lay there for a while we could here something rummaging through the trash. Greg looked over towards the noise and spotted a black bear sniffing around and making his way, towards us where we were laying in our sleeping bags. The bear walked into our camp and instantly found our icebox, sitting in front of it shattering it to peaces with one blow to the top of the icebox.

Robert my Brother asked what should we do? Just lie there and be really quiet. The bear walks over to Greg and smells his hair and head and moves down his torso sniffing as he descends down Greg’s body. The bear makes his way over to where I was laying; soon he was standing over me sniffing my hair making his way down my torso as well.

Finally it was Roberts’s turn to go through the terror of a black bear, breathing and sniffing over him. Robert was the victim of some very potent feet when he was young. As I remember, Mom made him set his shoes out side at night. The bear sniffed Robert’s hair as well and made his way down Robert’s torso finally arriving down to Robert’s feet the bear shook his head, while sneezing, and then took off hauling ass out of the campsite.

Afterwards, we scrambled to our feet to check on each other and try to gather, our nerves. Finally morning arrived and Brenda climbs out of the truck, Greg her husband was up before she was cooking breakfast, for all of us he told her about our experience with the bear that Roamed into our campsite the night before.

Giddy Up

Kit cautiously stepped up to the swinging doors took a look inside to see what was happening before he walked in.  He noticed a few gunslingers playing poker.

He finally walked across the sawdust floor spurs clinging as each step took it's place.  Kit took his stand at the bar and ordered a drink. The sheriff walked up behind him and said "what are you doing in town Kit?" "You know your suppose to leave your pistols at the sheriffs office when you come to town."

Kit said "sarcastically, I won't be here long just lookin fer some one sheriff".  He then turned around stepped outside and mounted his horse, slightly nudging the spurs into the horses side, he tipped his hat to the sheriff and said “Giddy Up”.
