A Long Walk Home
Susan gives every Monday a picture and you can compose a story up to 140 characters or even less including spaces and punctuation. She's so clever she even included a "Convenient Link" for you Like Bill the old fart says Everyone should have one in a
Convenient Pocket if you need help in attaining that magical number of 140.
Mary and Manny had a long walk to the alter. Manny found himself wondering if the trip to the alter was really worth it his feet were killing him, He was ready to go home.

Ahhhh..... Don't give up Manny!!! :O)
If Manny's feet are hurting him now, just think how he'll be grumbling when he literally has to "jump the broom" and land on sore tootsies on the other side!
Great quick-story!
Hmm... if he doesn't make it, just think how sore HER feet will be from kicking his a$$! ROFL
I hope Manny kept up his spirits and made it to the alter. After all, what are a few bunions between husband and wife!
Have a great week. Cheers!
Manyy can't go home yet,... he has to say his I Do 's. Mary doesn't care if he has his shoes off . She just wants him there.
He's complaining already and he's not even married yet. Very good.
Ah Poor Manny, I think he should be patient, what the old say, "The longer the wait, the sweeter the reward". Nice one Larry
Well, if the walk to the alter is too hard for him, she sure doesn't want to be marrying the man. Wedded bliss isn't a gentle Sunday stroll.
What's up with your blog? Your html is showing . [gasp] Cover it up before you offend someone! ;)
You found a way to fit a lot of words in this 140, I just leave out the punctuation and call it a "poem". Well done, but now that at 50 and married half my life, a foot massage is the ONLY thing I want and get....
What came first, the chicken or the egg?
I'm not blogging much, so my Wordless Weds. is "Tuesday Toes"

Hang in there, Manny! The path to true love is never easy.
Loved it! Have a great week x
It sounds like the long trip to the altar may alter his thoughts on marriage. Cold feet, no doubt.
the coolness of the land shall relieve Manny's feet.. good one!
Oh, those wedding day jitters get the guy every time. But love never fails. Cute MfM!
Hope Manny is ready to dance after the ceremony!
