China Town
The evening lights were beautiful as we traveled across San Fransisco to China Town. The lights, shining on the water, cast an array of beautiful colors; reds, yellows, blues, golds. The aroma of rice, chow mien, and shrimp filled the chinese restaurant. The waiter quickly took on the task of showing us the proper way to use chopsticks. All in all, it was a great evening. The food was Sumptuous, the lesson on using chopsticks was a real kick in the pants, the Chinese waiter said to me hold chopsticks between fingers no need to fondle them .

Fondling chopsticks is a great mental picture...
Your last sentence really made me smile...great use of the word prompts! :~)
Very vivid, down to the chopsticks
Yeah, I agree, great mental images, due to sharp writing.
Aroma of rice hit even my nostrils..good write and great use of the prompt. Here chinese is popular but we hardly use chopsticks...
