Chicago Winds
It was a bleak morning. As I walked outside of my apartment the sky was dark and the winds were cold and blowing briskly through the tree's. I had a very strange feeling as I looked down the empty streets of Chicago. It felt very eerie for some reason. I think the weather was the main factor causing this feeling, it was cold enough that nobody wanted to be out in it. Maybe that was a blessing to me as I do believe the cold weather was causing my hiccups. I've noticed it before, more than once, it seems that when the weather is colder than usual I get the hiccups. At times it can put me in a queer situation, people looking at me, wondering if I'm sick or maybe going to croak on them.

Glad your hiccups didnt cause you to perish before you got this down. Nice tale, enjoyed it!!
Fun tale. It can look like someone's going to hurl when they have the hiccups.
Hey larry, Chicago is my town!
next time I'm there I'll look for a guy with hiccups.
It is cold there, freaky cold sometimes!

hiccups can have strange effects on people -- wouldn't it be cool if they made you shrink or become invisible???
